Online registration is available from now until 7 May 2026, and will remain open through the event end date. Visitors are welcomed to register HERE. Please note that the Trade Visitor pass will be subject to a fee starting 1 May 2026.
Yes. Visitor registration is free until 30 April 2026. After 30 April, the Trade Visitor Pass will be subject to a registration fee. Visitors are encouraged to register early to enjoy complimentary access.
Fees apply for delegate passes for the forums and workshops. Please find more information at the Program-at-a-Glance.
Visitor Pass allows access to the exhibition halls and certain complimentary activities on ground.

You can purchase a delegate pass during registration or by logging back into your registration account to upgrade your trade visitor pass and add forum sessions.
Yes. You can log back into your registration account using the confirmation number provided in your confirmation email to:
-Update personal details
-Upgrade to delegate pass
-Select forums and workshops
-Manage your registration information
Yes, onsite registration will be available at the venue. However, visitors are strongly encouraged to register online in advance to avoid queues.
You will need to scan the QR code to generate your badge onsite.
When registering as a group online, each delegate will receive their own confirmation email along with the QR code required for onsite badge printing.
You can collect your visitor badge at MITEC on the following dates and times:
- 5 & 6 May: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7 May: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

On show days only, persons aged 12-16 years are allowed with the presence of an adult. During the process of setting-up and dismantling, no one under 16 is allowed. Due to safety and insurance reasons, no one under the age of 12 will be admitted to the show floor at any time.
