PICO International (M) Pte Ltd is appointed as Official Booth Contractor & Decorator for the utility services. Their contact details will be released in 2026.

Co-exhibitors are companies that are displaying within a primary exhibitor’s booth. To be recognized as an official co-exhibitor at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026, primary exhibitor should submit a ‘Co-exhibitor Application Form’ for co-exhibitors via Online Exhibitor Service Centre.
After payment completed, co-exhibitors may log in to Online Exhibitor Service Centre to maintain company profile, product images & information and press releases, exposed to public via website. Company name will be shown on online exhibitor directory, floor plan and onsite pocket guide (if any) as well.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
Application Procedure
Exhibitor’s badges are strictly for staff manning the Exhibition booths. Only the contracted companies (and the co-exhibiting companies) are eligible to apply for these badges. Please request the exhibitors badges from Exhibitor Portal under Exhibitor Badge Request.
Exhibitor badge entitlement is as follows:
< 9 square metres [04 badges]
9 to 17 square metres [10 badges]
18 to 26 square metres [15 badges]
27 to 35 square metres [20 Badges]
36 to 44 square metres [25 Badges]
45 to 60 square metres [30 badges]
61 to 99 square metres [35 badges]
100 to 199 square metres [40 badges]
Exhibitor Badges allow exhibitors to access to their exhibition hall/booth prior to the visiting hours.
To save on valuable time, it is recommended to pre-register your exhibitor badges online via the Exhibitor Portal.
The badge registration will be open 3 - 4 months before the event.
Exhibitor Badge Collection
Exhibitor Badges can be collected at MITEC Registration Counter from 4 - 6 May 2025, 0900 – 1800 hrs.
Lead retrieval scanning system is a device/system for capturing and processing sales leads generated at an event, trade show, or conference.
The scanning system will connect to a database containing the contact details of event attendees, which the attendees provided when they registered for the event.
Exhibitors can rent a lead retrieval scanning system for capturing the visitors’ contact information during the show period.

General Information
The Timetable of Operations will be shared in the Exhibitor Service Manual which will be made available to exhibitors by end January 2026.
On show days, Exhibitors with their exhibitor badge are allowed to enter the Exhibition Hall at the following period:
1st Day - 0800 hours on Tuesday, 5 May (2 hours before opening),
2nd & 3rd Day - 0900 hours on Wednesday and Thursday, 6 & 7 May (1 hour before opening),
and remain till 1700 hours, an hour after closing, to service their booths.
For security reasons, Exhibitors intending to start earlier or later must obtain prior permission from SEMI.
For overtime work, exhibitors are required to apply for an after hours pass at the Show Management Office each day before 1500 hours. It will be necessary for an exhibitor to pay an overtime hall rental fee to SEMI as invoiced to SEMI by the facility, but shared by all exhibiting companies who remain on overtime.

Exhibits / equipment may neither be dismantled nor removed from the booth before the official closing time on 1600 hours, Thursday, 7 May, 2025. Exhibitors who dismantle their booth prior to the official closing time will lose priority points and/or may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year. Once dismantle begins, removal of exhibit material must be completed by 2300 hours, Thursday, 7 May, 2025.
Please note that ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE RESPECTIVE TIME STATED ABOVE.
Dismantling of certain Standard Decorated Package booths will commence immediately upon Exhibition closure. Exhibitors are advised to remove ALL displays from the partitions that they wish to retain.
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE DISMANTLED AND MATERIALS REMOVED BY THE RESPECTIVE TIME STATED ABOVE
Any equipment or merchandise that is removed from the exhibition hall during show hours (not including briefcases or toolboxes) must be accompanied by a Merchandise / Equipment Pass that is presented to the guard when exiting. This is for the protection of all exhibitors. This pass may be obtained in the Show Management office.
While Exhibitors may use any forwarder of their choice to transport exhibition materials to the show, SEMI will have appointed Official Freight Handlers that are allowed to operate any mechanical lifting such as forklift, pallet truck and crane on the show floor.
Our official freight forwarder for SEMICON SEA 2026 will be announced in January 2026.

General security services will cover MITEC during set-up, show hours and dismantle. However, Exhibitors will be responsible for the security and protection of their displays and personal belongings at all times.
SEMI encourages Exhibitors to take the following precautions:
1) Have sufficient insurance on your exhibit and equipment.
2) For additional protection, private guards are available for exhibitors who wish to hire booth security.
NEITHER SEMI, NOR ANY OF THE EXCLUSIVE CONTRACTORS CAN BE HELD LIABLE FOR THEFT, VANDALISM, FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, WIND, STORM, EARTHQUAKES, ACTS OF GOD, AGGRESSION, OR WAR, ETC.
SEMI has arranged for the general cleaning of the exhibition premises before and after the exhibition on the exhibition days. General cleaning only includes the emptying of waste-paper baskets and carpet sweeping (standard decorated booths only). It excludes the cleaning of exhibits and displays exhibitors are responsible to keep their booths neat and tidy at all times. Exhibitors with lockable rooms are requested to place refuse outside the room before departure each day. If further cleaning services are required for your booth, please email your request to us and quotation will be provided separately.
SEMI does not allow photographing or videotaping (aerial photography/ drone are included) of the exhibition and during conferences, except under the following condition. Press (properly accredited) may photograph or videotape with exhibitor’s permission during exhibit hours only.
Requests for videotaping must be submitted, in writing, to SEMI Show Management 30 days prior to the first day of set-up.
A security guard must be accompanied with photographer during the taping and exhibitors can only videotape their own exhibit. Attendees will not be allowed to bring any type of photographic equipment, including videocassette records, on the show floor.
SEMI Show Management and the official photographer are exempt from the above rules.
Private display or other events may be distributed or displayed within the confines of the exhibitor’s booth ONLY.
Exhibitors are encourage to inform SEMI SEA Management Team for any promotion activities/event at least 1 month before the event.
The management reserves the right to reject, or prohibit any exhibit or special promotion, in whole or in part, of any exhibitor (or representative) based solely on its judgment, discretion, and authority.
Outside food and drinks are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please order directly from MITEC should you require any.

SEMICON Show Management Office will be shared in January 2026.
Exhibitor will be issued the WIFI password nearer to the show date. The WIFI connection is ideally suitable for basic surfing and not recommended for heavy uploading/downloading.
