The Suppliers Sourcing Program (SSP) is a strategic business matchmaking initiative designed to connect suppliers directly with decision-makers seeking new partners and innovative solutions. Through carefully curated and pre-arranged meetings, suppliers gain efficient access to qualified buyers with clearly defined sourcing requirements.

The program provides a focused platform for suppliers to showcase their capabilities, explore potential collaborations, and establish long-term business relationships. By connecting members with high-growth markets, SEMI supports suppliers in increasing their visibility, expanding their customer base, and strengthening collaboration across the global semiconductor supply chain.

How SSP Works (For Suppliers)

Step 1: Register your interest (Supplier) [By 13 April]

  • Submit your participation via the SSP Supplier Application Forms (coming soon).
  • Please submit separate forms for each buyer/company you are interested in engaging with.

Step 2: Share your capability profile / respond to RFIs [By 13 April]

  • Provide information aligned to buyer requirements (categories, capabilities, certifications, etc.).
  • Tip: The stronger and more specific your responses, the better understanding the buyer will have of your products and services.

Step 3: Matching & shortlisting [By 17 April]

  • SEMI reviews supplier submissions and consolidates responses for buyer review.
  • Shortlisted suppliers will be proposed to buyers for selection.
  • Final approval of the 1:1 matching is subject to buyers.

* Please note that priority will be given to SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026 exhibitors and SEMI members

Step 4: Confirmed meetings & onsite engagement [By 24 April]

  • Approved suppliers will receive confirmation and a meeting schedule for onsite participation during SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026.

Step 5: Mandatory briefing session [24 April]

  • All selected suppliers are required to attend a mandatory briefing session on 24 April.
  • This session will cover important checklists, guidelines, and logistical details to ensure smooth participation

Important Notes

Meeting slots are limited and matching is coordinated ahead of the event. We encourage early participation to maximise your opportunity to be included in buyer shortlists*.

*Commitment Policy:

  • SGD 200 commitment fee will be required from selected suppliers to secure participation
  • Selected suppliers who do not attend their confirmed meetings onsite (no-show) will be blacklisted from future SSP participation
