Presentation Title
Staying Ahead - Memory Design & Test for AI, by AI
Abstract
The explosive growth of AI-driven workloads is reshaping the landscape of technology, creating unprecedented demands on design and test of next generation memory. The increasing complexity of high density & high-speed memory requires innovative approaches in their design, manufacturing, and testing to meet these evolving requirements. Memory technology is adapting to utilize AI as a transformative tool to augment design, technology development & test in areas such as rapid failure analysis, test synthesis, and enhancing the overall design lifecycle.
Our discussion focuses on opportunities for the convergence of AI and technology development, and how AI not only drives the demand for more sophisticated memory solutions but also offers the means to achieve them.
