Takuo Kawauchi is the General Manager of Environmental Affairs at Tokyo Electron, where he is responsible for leading sustainability initiatives across the organization. He began his career at Tokyo Electron in 1994, working in the development and marketing of flat panel display equipment and 3DI equipment. In 2023, he transitioned to the Corporate R&D division, focusing on innovative approaches to environmental challenges.
Takuo Kawauchi holds a degree in Science from Tokyo University of Science, which he obtained in 1994. He also completed a master's program in Technology Management at Tokyo University of Science in 2018. With extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, he is committed to fostering a greener future through technology.
