Mr. Cyril MENON

Cyril Menon is Soitec’s Operations Excellence & Quality Chief Operations Officer. Previously, he served as a manager for process, equipment and yield departments and has been director of the Bernina headquarters site from 2012 to 2018. He guided production activities to optimize operational performance. He has been with the company since 2006.

Prior to joining Soitec, he worked as device engineering manager and later process manager at IBM Semiconductor, where he was in charge of developing processes, transferring technologies and increasing production.

Menon earned a master's degree in physics from the Grenoble Institut Polytechnique (Institute of Technology - INP), a thesis in microelectronics from the Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology and a Management Degree from Harvard Business School.
