Tok Soon Chen is Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing at GlobalFoundries Singapore. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication and is also an inventor of a patented recipe validation methodology.
Ms Tok leads a high-performance team that has been instrumental in driving GF’s digital manufacturing transformation through automation, advanced analytics, and an AI-enabled digital manufacturing platform. She takes pride in delivering resilient and high levels of enterprise-class reliability. At GF, one of her career highlights include leading the development of a state-of-the-art Factory Control Tower that enables real-time and round-the-clock support to reinforce global fab operations.
Ms Tok holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Essex.
