Mr. Kim Seng LIM

Mr. Lim Kim Seng is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ViTrox Corporation Berhad. A Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a graduate of Universiti Malaya, Mr. Lim possesses over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles at global technology firms.

Mr. Lim is the key driver of the Group’s ESG and sustainability initiatives. As a core member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Steering Committee, he is instrumental in aligning ViTrox’s financial strategies with long-term decarbonization and social responsibility goals.

His commitment to high-integrity corporate governance is further reflected in his role as Chairman of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Committee and his active participation in the Risk Management Committee. By bridging fiscal discipline with sustainable innovation, ViTrox remains at the forefront of the semiconductor industry’s transition toward a greener and more transparent future.
