Mr. Karthik RAMMOHAN
Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Enterprise Solutions, Lam Research
Karthik Rammohan is senior vice president of global operations and enterprise solutions at Lam Research. He leads global operations as well as digital transformation, facilities, information systems, quality, and the company’s subsidiary Silfex. He most recently served as head of global operations and, prior to that, as general manager for Lam’s Customer Support Business Group. Karthik joined the company in 2012 following its acquisition of Novellus. He has held a variety of leadership positions in business operations, strategic marketing, business development, and finance at Lam and Novellus. Prior to Lam, he was at National Semiconductor and International Rectifier in process and product management roles.
Karthik earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in material science and engineering from the University of Southern California. He also earned an M.B.A. from Cornell University. Karthik completed his B.S. degree in metallurgical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
