Mr. Christopher WONG - Board Member

Christopher Wong is a Singapore-based Managing Director and Strategy & Operations Executive for Lam Research Southeast Asia, with global leadership responsibilities in Advanced Packaging Customer Operations (APCO) and OSAT markets.

With over three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Christopher has led across engineering, operations, and commercial functions, building deep expertise spanning lithography, CMP, etch, deposition, and advanced packaging technologies.

In his current role, he drives regional strategy, operational alignment, and execution for Southeast Asia while shaping global APCO and OSAT capabilities. He is recognized for scaling advanced packaging businesses, strengthening customer engagement, and leading high-performance teams across multiple geographies.

Christopher has played a key role in advancing market leadership in electro copper plating solutions and enabling significant growth in advanced packaging operations globally. He has also led initiatives in digital transformation and remote support, strengthening operational resilience and customer outcomes during challenging periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

A strong advocate of sustainability and organizational excellence, he has driven regional initiatives spanning operational efficiency, workforce engagement, and environmental responsibility, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across Asia’s ecosystem.
