Mr. TAN Hai Ching

Hai Ching is a Senior Manager and US patent holder with 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in mixed-signal and analog product testing. He is leading a team of technically skilled engineers in the Asia Pac region, to achieve fastest time-to-market in new product development, quality improvement, and product industrialization, with a mission to push the frontiers of big data analytics, and breakthrough test methodologies.

Hai Ching has previously played a key role in Central Test and Finishing, to drive alignment, synergy, and standardization on test equipment and processes across ST, with the ultimate goal of improving test cost, manufacturing agility, and performance.

As an avid reader, he enjoys reading science fiction, where he gets inspiration and new ideas for tomorrow. After all, creation is borne out of imagination.
