Mr. LIN Weihua
Senior Director, Product & Test Engineering Silicon Laboratories International Pte. Ltd
Close to thirty years working experience in several semiconductor companies, such as National Semiconductor, Lucent Microelectronics, and Silicon Labs, Mr. Lin has been focusing on IC test and product engineering, field application and customer support.
Mr. Lin has led the PTE organization in Silicon Labs International since 2007. His team supports test production across all product lines in the company. In this position, he has led and expanded the team functions from mass production support to NPI test & product development for both IC & module, tester instrument and hardware development, mechanic design and software development function.
He has good exposure and knowledge of IC test process, product engineering, manufacture operation and fabless business model.
