Mr. TAN Kheng How

Tan Kheng How is Principal Technical Consultant”of Advantest Singapore Pte. Ltd. For more than 20 years, he has been involved in semiconductor IC test development, application engineering and software R&D activities in Advantest. He has developed and supported various test applications, including RF/mmWave, mix-signal to DC tests.

Kheng How also actively participated in Test Conferences. He presented papers in Semicon South East Asia, ITC India and Advantest Voice Event in both United States and Singapore, on topic related to RF testing and Test Development Automation.

Kheng How received his Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2000.
