- Lead a team of 66 IT professionals & 14 IT technicians (24x7) as well as 1 manufacturing PM and 5 manufacturing engineers & technicians

In the lean management realm, the focus is the development of a site culture developed around key management practices and selected lean tools. Sustainability is achieved through the progressive buildup of a network of change agents across whole organization: from manufacturing to HR, from planning to finance.
